I'm sure Eric is a great carpenter, but he is not a great business man. Eric was supposed to start a project for me and my family that we were excited about. I really looked forward to working with him, but a week before we he said he likely could start he decided to just stand us up. He told me " he wasn't the right contractor for me". I have zero problem with the fact that he isn't the right contractor, but when you have decided to work with someone and stopped pursuing quotes it becomes a problem.
