We waited over 2 hours for a DOT renewal. We were TOLD it'd be 30 minutes in and out. 2+ hours in and 4 people ahead of us. The waiting room is uncomfortable, the office staff was not communicative about the wait or expected time remaining. Highly unprofessional and we'll be communicating our experience with as many people as we can. Being short-staffed is no excuse- don't overbook what you know is your limit. So unprofessional.
Been waiting here almost 2 hours for a simple drug test. Employees are talking about their personal lives and screwing off rather than actually doing their jobs, there have been several people who have walked in and gotten their physicals done in the time I've been waiting for what would be maybe a 2 minute drug test; if my employer didn't make me come here to be tested, I would have left. By far the worst place I've ever been for a physical and drug test. Super unorganized and slow. Losing track of urine samples and unprofessional drug tests being done. They let my sample sit for over 2 minutes without temping it and then blamed me and told me it wasn't my urine. They made me sit for over an hour to test again and then had issues with the next sample until another employee walked over and said it was a good sample. Now it's taken over 3 weeks for them to get ahold of my employer.
I waited over an hour to be tested and when I called for my results 5 days later the lady couldn't even find me. My advice, go anywhere else.
Very disappointed!!! Been waiting over an hour and all the the employees are doing is talking very disappointed! Very unprofessional so if you wanna wait for a physical for over 2 damn hours come here!!
