Paid a $10,000.00 deposit (which he needed in two days) in Sept 2023 to Adam Schroeder of Schroder Contracting to build us a small (1000 sq ft) home. He told us with the deposit he would have Architectural Plans in two weeks. Did a great job on rebuilding our porch. We had two other builders fail miserably for 5 months at it and Adam and his team completed it quickly and professionally. We are very happy and pleased with the end product.
