Called them in the beginning of December to get an estimate and was told they couldn't come until the end of January and that they would call me then. Fine. End of January I called them because I hadn't heard anything and they had no record that I called. So we set up another appointment for today. They came to look at installing two storm doors that we bought at Menard's. The installer told me no problem but needed to have the office call me back with an estimate.
