Schroeder was doing a job on Sleepy Hollow Road near my home and put down fresh oil overnight in weather in-conducive for the application and did not close off the road to traffic. As a result my car and many others were severely affected (see photos). I am positive this company causes accidents daily. Worst traffic management I have ever witnessed.
Warning to all who think of hiring this contractor. Zero responsibility and regards of people cars as well as endangering all who travel in out or thru our neighborhood. Dangerously cut asphalt and manhole covers. This issue is going for almost 2 weeks now. We understand the process of ripping the old asphalt and putting new but come on you could've smooth out the edges. They come for one day do some work and no show for a week. SMH
They are paving the roads in Bolingbrook and have no notice to the residents of this town that there would be construction. In combination with lack of safety precautions for the workers and the drivers they need an overhaul on how they plan projects to fulfillment.
