We had a great experience purchasing a spec home from Schrock Homes! From the quality of the home to the customer service and warranty, everything has been top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Schrock Homes handled every detail with care and professionalism. They truly care about people being happy and comfortable in their homes, as well as being educated on how all the systems operate. A great local builder that genuinely cares about their work and customers!
