Kevin Beltan is the rudest customer service person i have ever talked to. He was very rude and over talk you the whole time. Because of the way he was talking to me I asked for a supervisor in which i got an voicemail. Then I called back to speak with someone and i kept getting push to another voicemail. He was very rude. I called back several times and he kept pushing me to voicemail.
Google needs to add a way to leave negative stars! The fact its over 70 reviews and all of them have something negative to say about the same person! KEVIN! Ive never talked to someone so nasty before in my life! I literally can not stand people that think theyre above others or think its okay to speak to someone any type of way. Customer Staff was extremely rude!! Spoke to me extremely nasty regarding my refund which they old me! Place needs to be shut down. Zero professionalism!
Employees are awful and the manager is even worse. Working in collections, they need to get thicker skin. They are way too sensitive to be doing this job. Do better. This place is run by the worst kind of people!!
