Very rude and unprofessional. Like if you don’t want to work there then don’t but don’t take it out on the customers when they are trying to get clarification.
If I could give this place zero stars i ABSOLUTELY would. These people are beyond rude and have 0 empathy I cannot wait to never have to deal with them again I honestly don’t even know how they’re still in business the worst type of people to deal with!!!!!

I wish I could give negative a million stars for this company. They are scammers! I completed my debt and they are STILL taking my money! Everytime I call, EVERY receptionist is rude and dismissive and hang up on me. It’s been happening for months!
Some of the rudest people work at this olace and answer the phone . They also up charge whatever they want even when you have court ordered ammounts to pay they add more to it
