This company is a joke! They send redacted invoices to you and forces garnishments against you without any communication. A class action claim will be filed immediately.
I just made a payment which took a long time because of the long disclaimers read. I also was told that I owe more than amount stated on agreement which I have saved and printed. No other way to pay besides checking account which causes burden to customers because of wait for completion as well as concern that this information will be misused. Do better!!!
I wish I could leave negative 1 in stars, kevin is extremely rude and dismissive and talks over you. The answer to the question is asked was very vague, so i asked for clarity and was told to just read my form because he needed to get off the phone to take care of something else. Horrible office

Kevin Beltan is the rudest customer service person i have ever talked to. He was very rude and over talk you the whole time. Because of the way he was talking to me I asked for a supervisor in which i got an voicemail. Then I called back to speak with someone and i kept getting push to another voicemail. He was very rude. I called back several times and he kept pushing me to voicemail.
