I was calling just to ask a question about my acct, the guy was extremely rude, he was acting like you owe him the money personally, it doesn't take much to be kind to people especially when you working customer service...
Terrible customer service!! Answered the phone after 100 rings and just said hold, on and I waited 20 mins before I was rushed off the phone.
They are the worst the are rude all the time. This is the worst lawyer firm in the world. I have never seen people at a lawyer office be so unprofessional and the people that hire them are even worst. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THIS IS A LOW BUDGET LAWYER FIRM. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER.
They are not there to work with you all you get are answering machines and wanna be hard agents. There has to something that can be done about the how they die business but I always say what goes around comes back around I will find a way to get them to practice as a professional firm not as some thugs who feel they can’t be touched
