Stuart schrier is a scumbag. Anyone that has to deal with this guy in housing court will deal with blatant arrogance, passive aggression, belittling behavior, hollow threats, and mockery. My best advice for dealing with stuart is this, if you recieve any documents from him dont bother calling him. Hire an attorney and have your attorney speak to stuart directly.
