Edit 4 years later: For pet sitting, I needed 3 more keys. The employee said, "Bring them back if they don't work. But they'll work, I've done thousands." All of course worked. I went to a recommended locksmith on 5th ave to get a new key made for my 98 Toyota. My key is visibly worn down, but I left there being told it's too worn down to copy, that I'd have to go to a dealership to get the key codes for my VIN # and it's likely the tumblers in my ignition and not the key itself, for why it won't turn in my ignition about 50... read more

they were great very knowledgeable and always ready to help. They are way more friendly than lowes.
