Complete incompetence. I wouldn't trust them with a $100 ***** keyboard. Let alone my $100,000 ********* piano. Which, infact, took me 30 years to afford. They arrived, knowing there were steps, the job needed man power, and they were dealing with an expensive 770lb instrument. They didn't give a ****. The piano was wrapped in nothing more than a harbor freight moving blanket, they didnt provide plywood for thier dolly, and did NOT have adequate manpower.
