Sub contractors try to put their trust in builders, schramm Construction out of St. Charles Il has decided to make his money by ripping off sub contractors!! I know of Four subs he has not finished contracts with and stole Thousands and thousands of dollars from! This money was big money to some commercial sub contractors. ( I guess the first post dealt with him also. ) Il. should have better laws to put a stop to this thief.
