As of right now my renter has been calling them off and on for about 6 months. I have called and left a message and we will see if they return my phone call. If they do I will change my rating but if they don’t I will call Channel 7 just like the first person. Overall I had a good experience up until this point. We shall see

We got our roof done in 2017. It was a referral from the guy that inspected our home before we bought it. Said 2 girls that he knew run it and they are reasonable and do a great job. After several estimates from other roofers, we decided to go with SchramCo. Within days everything was complete. But last year around the end of summer, we found a leak. This company is a bunch of scammers. We subcontracted them to frame a house in Trenton. They took the 2nd draw and ran for the hills, they would not return phone calls or text messages for a week, and when they did respond, there was always an excuse, from dianes dad being very sick, to a miscommunication on when the truss where arriving. The funniest one was when she told me they wouldn't come back to set truss, until the windows were on site. They went nearly ready to even set truss. I called this company early midday, and they were able to come and take a look at our church roof. They were so nice and prompt and ready to help in any way. They climbed on the roof and found that all was well and there were no missing shingles. They could have told me that a fix was needed as no one was on the roof before SchramCo climbed up and looked. They are a very honest company and I would recommend them. I am definitely keeping their number for future reference/needs.
