While the vets are amazing; they have by far the rudest and most negligent office manager (Rhonda) whom I have ever met. She made multiple mistakes and yelled at me repeatedly for not being okay with her risking the life of my diabetic animal; less than two weeks after my other one died in this clinic. I never even got her bill as they sent their entire staff home sue to ice the day she died. Please don't trust this place with any significant medical issue. I wasted months and thousands. First diagnosis was you dog has a neurological problem. After nose to tail Xray reviewed by their "Only board certified radiologist in the state". Second diagnosis after more Xray and and more blood work was a suspected tick bite causing severe infection. The staff is wonderful, helpful and compassionate. My cat was cared for and treated well by everyone, his anxiety over vet visits disappeared at Schrag.
Very nice facility with helpful, Knowledgeable staff. Facility utilizes state of the art technology and is always clean. Love this place.
Excellent customer service. I rescued two kittens from the shelter and brought them into Schrag Animal Clinic because they were sick. They have always been very nice and they even called multiple times to check on the kittens to see how they were doing. Very clean office and super nice staff.
Not impressed. The vet does not have a good bedside manner with my pet, nor does she listen to you when you are talking. PRICES ARE VERY HIGH!

Schrag Animal Clinic – I don't know what this reviewer is talking about. I just called them for boarding 3 dogs during my visit in OKC and rates were very reasonable. My dogs will also require the kennel cough vaccine. Those fees were very reasonable also. Facility was highly recommended by a relative that lives in OKC
Nice People VERY HIGH PRICES – Ok this vet office is very nice and high tech. Some of the girls at the front desk are not very nice. They are outrageously priced for services. It is like they only want their money and they dont care how you pay for it. Would recommend if you want to pay an arm and a leg for everything here.
