While the vets are amazing; they have by far the rudest and most negligent office manager (Rhonda) whom I have ever met. She made multiple mistakes and yelled at me repeatedly for not being okay with her risking the life of my diabetic animal; less than two weeks after my other one died in this clinic. I never even got her bill as they sent their entire staff home sue to ice the day she died. Please don't trust this place with any significant medical issue. I wasted months and thousands. First diagnosis was you dog has a neurological problem. After nose to tail Xray reviewed by their "Only board certified radiologist in the state". Second diagnosis after more Xray and and more blood work was a suspected tick bite causing severe infection.
