I received some very expensive medications from them. But upon opening, one of the boxes’ seal was broken. I called their overnight phone line being promised a 15 min response twice, they didn’t return the calls that night; when I called again the next day, their only response was “that happens, it’s how it came from the wholesaler, that’s normal”… I had to press VERY HARD to get them to have me ship the medication back, then for them to send replacement… I had never heard of a pharmacy trying to convince patients to use OPE... read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Andy. He truly took the time to learn my story and what I’ve gone through in the past month.
