Amazing service!
I had to get a variety of medications in a short timeframe and my prescriptions were transferred to Schraft’s at the last minute. They scrambled and got them to me on time, even sourcing them for me locally when my shipment got delayed in transit. I spoke to so many people at Schraft’s and unfortunately can’t remember all of their names, but everyone was so helpful and professional. Thank you so much!
I had Ruqaiyah as my representative, and she was such a dream to work with! She was able to explain my benefit coordination, she informed me they were already working on my prior authorizations, and verified everything. Not only was she very professional, she was also impressionable. She really made me feel heard, human, and important. You can tell this wasn’t just a job for her, but actually something she cared about.
We worked with Ruqaiyah and she was amazing!! 10 out of 10 she was very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Hopefully we are successful this cycle, but if we aren't we would love to work with Ruqaiyah again.
