Waited on hold for over an hour when my ex wasn’t filled for several days. They had misplaced my rx. Was told then that they found it and would be calling to schedule delivery. Never did. Tried calling back the following week. Hold lines over an hour. Finally got thru after an hour on hold another week later. They had no explanation why no one had called to schedule delivery. I have yet to spend less than 45 minutes on hold to get a prescription filled. Extremely frustrating.
Extremely unhappy with this company. Sat on hold for just under AN hour, finally spoke with someone for less than a minute and I'm back on hold, currently sitting at a total amount of time of 1 hour and 35 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I read a review from 2 MONTHS AGO, to which Schraft's responded to an almost identical issue as mine, stating that their wait time does not reflect their company and they were going to hire more people to cut down on wait times. Thank you to the team at Schraft for making a very stressful situation easier! Special shout out to Sandy who helped us get our delayed medication that we needed urgently for IVF! I love getting my medications from this pharmacy, they are so easy to work with and so helpful!
The call wait time was over 30 minutes just to order medications, and when I finally reached a customer service representative, she spoke so quickly that I couldn’t even get my questions answered. This was especially frustrating since it’s our first time going through IVF, and it felt like she was rushing to get off the phone rather than helping us understand the process. Overall, the interaction and long wait time was frustrating.
