Extremely disappointing experience with Schrafts Pharmacy during my egg freezing cycle. These medications are time-sensitive, yet my order was delayed multiple times with poor communication throughout the day. Yesterday, I was told my meds would arrive today before noon. This was my first time using Schrafts and had issues with preauthorization from another company. Given the time sensitivity to the medication I needed, I was growing more concerned on if receive it in time. In the 11th hour, Ruqaiyah came to the rescue, provided options on how I could get my medication in time. Ruqaiyah went above and beyond, and ensured my medication would be sent that evening, even though the window for order fulfillment was quickly closing. Michelle was patient and really went above and beyond. I appreciate all the effort she made during the call. She even helped me to find an option for me pick up that was efficient and saved me money.
Ashley went above and beyond to request a new prior authorization for my medication to prevent a missed dose. She quickly resolved the issue and processed it for overnight shipment, which helped to dissipate my anxiety!! Today, I received 5-star service!!
Messed up my delivery times after rudely asking when my transfer was they scheduled my meds 6 days before transfer for medicine I needed to be taking weeks before. I didn’t feel like dealing with that rude employee anymore so I called back a second time. Mind you each call had a 30+ minute wait time with one going up to 47 minutes with no one picking up.
