I have been a customer since last summer. They used to be great but my last experience (now) was anything but great. They act like they care but they don’t and they lack quality assurance. I shouldn’t have packages arrive 3 separate times because they kept missing items or providing the wrong items. Medications and medical supplies should be right the FIRST time. Ashley is one of the customer service reps. She is couteous , friendly, very helpful and efficient. She makes the ordering experience pleasant. I would continue to use and recommend schrafts 2.0 because of her help and friendly attitude. There need to he more like her in customer service. She should train others

Schraft’s 2.0 has been such a huge help throughout our journey. They’re always quick to respond by text or phone, which makes a stressful process so much easier. I live nearby, and it’s been such a blessing to have them close for medication pick-ups. Their hours are convenient, the office is always spotless, and the staff is so kind and welcoming.
