I went there for a job because they just hired. Another guy had me drive all the way to Cedar. Rapids to tell me they are not hiring anymore after a week of applying. I physically went there to apply in person and talk to the manager and the human resources. Lady, they gave me an expectation that they might hire me. But a week later I had to call them to tell me they are deciding not to hire anybody else at the moment
I live in the Bottleworks building in Newbo and Shrader is tearing the old Loftus buildings down across the street. I’m amazed at their professionalism. They’re quiet and clean up every bit of what they’ve torn down. Their trucks are here round the clock, jolly on the spot, to haul away the debris. The man who runs the excavator arrives each day at 7:15 and the whole team works hand in hand until 4:30. They are amazingly fast. Thanks to all of you!
