Scott Schrader is the finest General Contractor I have ever worked with. He and his crew are always professional, very accommodating and leave a spotless job site every time. I first contacted Scott about nine years ago when I needed a handicapped accessible bathroom for my sister who lived with me. Scott was incredible to work with. We met with him to correct a water intrusion issue at our house and he laid out a specific plan to correct the problem which included, a french drain system, acid washing and sealing our foundation and adjusting our gutter system to prevent water from entering our house.
