Dr. Schorn is a wonderful doctor and has helped me tremendously. But, I drove an hour for my last appointment only to find it was cancelled. The office said it was because my name was misspelled (an extra C?) and to check with my insurance. They did give me another appointment but that's another month of the painful issue I am having. So, my name is not misspelled with insurance so I called the office to clarify and evidently it wasn't misspelled with them. What in the world?
Dr. Schorn and staff are very responsive to questions and requests. When I leave my appointments I feel very well informed about treatment options and medications. She has always taken time to explain test results and answer my concerns. Highly recommend!
Dr. Schorn is so wonderful! After meeting so many doctors, none were even close to Dr. Schorn. She listened to me and explained things very well. Not only that, she did a thorough physical exam and showed she had done a careful review of my records. She listened to my symptoms and issues and asked questions about them, something no one else bothered to investigate. I am now on my way to a diagnosis and treatment. Easy to work with and down to earth staff
Sad thing....front desk staff not very nice...shame they don't know how to be friendly...people deserve better...go elsewhere people...
