Years ago Schooner storage used to be a great place with friendly and efficient customer service. However, somewhere along the way this changed. Perhaps new management? Who knows. But it’s now incompetent, and unfriendly. For example, I called today to inquire about the price for renting a unit. I was given an uncompetitive price by “the manager” (for the real senior management, this happened on Dec. 02).
