Customer service is exceptional !
Since the take over, customer service has gone downhill. They need to strive to do better for ALL customers! Taking payments through "automatic system" on wrong dates and not being able to provide other forms of payment. After being with them for years, I am currently thinking of switching! Update: Louise is amazing and helped clear/clarify several things!
Amazing service
Amazing support and great service!!
