The office staff is quite accommodating . The location is wonderful . The rooms are very spacious but dated. Our condo slept six but that included a blow-up bed . No pull out sofa . The resort needs a refresh. Considerable deferred maintenance on the exterior. The plus was the beach walk, the fire pit and the outdoor grill including a crab pot boiling area with a picnic table. We chose Schooner Landing largely because it had a pool, but we were incredibly disappointed to find out it closes at 6:00 PM. This was a huge bummer since most of the shops in town also close at 6:00 PM, leaving a frustrating gap in the evening. We had planned on swimming right before bed, and honestly, if we had known about this early closure, we probably would have kept looking for a different place to stay. The location was a great spot not to far from doing anything like dinner, breakfast or lunch. Went to Lincoln City for glass blowing an casino.... first time here n booked it for my anniversary... the front desk the awesome n had bubbly attitude...i enjoyed my stay and will tell my family about it.. My family of 5 and myself stayed here at schooner landing and there is much to say. First off the place is overall beautiful and amazing to stay at! There accomodations of a comfortable stay are well met! They always are happy and helpful staff. The other people in the area are nice and very much happy to be here.
