I love how every branch has a friendly welcome associate that greets you when you walk in.
THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!! I don’t know who’s training there employees but as you can see in the video, if they haven’t it taken down, that they are all just standing around talking to each other while I been waiting nearly a hour that was said to take 20 minutes. There are free open booths with 6 employees free but all they do is ignore me and just going back and forth talking to each other.
