This was by far the best banking experience that I’ve ever had. I went there to open an account. Since the minute that I stepped in, everyone was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help me. One of the employees, So-Young, invited me to her desk, and she opened an account for me very fast and smoothly! This is a great satellite branch for a great credit union. As long as you understand they are mostly going to help with the basics its a convenient location near UC Irvine that I've always found fast and staffed with friendly tellers. Their hours can be kind of spotty in the summer due to break. They are usually good about keeping their hours up to date but just be warned to check first.
This is a small satellite branch of the credit union, primarily to help students and staff with their accounts. The staff can provide most regular banking services, but may refer you to the main branches in Costa Mesa or Alton and University for special services like mortgage services.
Call center slow. Transfer for every little thing. Then wait ...and wait... Then thay tell you that can't help and transfer again. And Glad to see Santa Ana Branch improve. Thay put 2 more atm like i suggested and remodeled the rest room. No more cockroaches. Yay.
