I had an outstanding experience at the Irvine SchoolsFirst branch thanks to Veronica. I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash to purchase a work vehicle, but the daily withdrawal limit is $5,000 per member. Instead of just telling me there was nothing she could do, Veronica went above and beyond. She worked with her manager and coordinated with another SchoolsFirst location to make sure I could secure the funds I needed that same day.
