I came to deposit and get some check for my account today and Rebeca was help me to go through all the transaction smoothly. She is the best customer service I ever had. Thank you for your hard work.
Went there just to get a debit card replacement and had to wait over 20 minutes jut to receive it, I was told thay the machine takes over 10 minutes to print it out, and it bothers me as in this times everyone is very familiar with technology. And as you can see in the pictures there were not too many customers waiting in line. SMH. Very disappointed of the lack of honesty and good customer service.
