I absolutely love this bank. It's the best I have ever. I've been a part of. They feel like family.I've been there for so long. Everyone is courteous friendly and vary professional. They will go out of their way to help you. They have great customer service and you will be treated with respect kindness and Etiquette. If you bank anywhere else, you gotta go, go visit, meet the tellers and managers. You'll never wanna go anywhere else.
I came in Monday 1/7/25 after I had some fraud activity on my account and Fernando at the Anaheim branch was very helpful. I was there for almost 4 hours but he helped me clear my accounts and went above and beyond for me. I'm very grateful. Thank you again!
I had such a good experience with Vanessa, I was in and out of the branch. She gave good customer service. Very professional. I love this branch everyone is very friendly.
