If I could give negative stars, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! It has been almost 2 years since STA decided to drop my daughters route and asked me to do it and they would pay me. I had to quit my job to make this work. Guess what… almost 2 years later and no payment! They keep sending me the same affidavit that I’ve filled out and sent back multiple times and somehow they “never receive” it. No call/No shows in the mornings. They never answer your calls and take FOREVER to call you back (if you even get lucky enough for a call back). Will be 2+ hrs late picking up in the afternoon. It’s ridiculous.
They never answer the phone nor return calls. I can't stand Wake county school transportation. Don't believe them when they say they pay a stipend for driving your own child because they will come up with BS technicalities and refuse to pay you! They owe me more than $350
