After making an offer on a daycare and signing an offer contract while being told I put in the highest offer the agent ******* *** ****** shopped the offer to another daycare owner. Then called me back and told me that someone offered more and it was being sold to them. I was not given an option to raise my offer. After awhile I found out that she purposely shopped it to a different daycare owner for almost the same amount that I offered. I will never do business with this firm again.
