Have had nothing but good things to say until today. The techs that were sent to open our pool apparently did not know how to work the timer, therefore did not clean the pool, and when we got home and turned the pump on water was spraying everywhere as they left it on the clean-out setting and just left. Over $200 to remove the pool cover and drop in the ladder. Then when we called, management said they would be glad to have someone come out and clean the pool on Friday. At an additional charge! Never again.
