I went to sers in September to get paperwork done cause I retire jan 1 2026 ,so far 5 days in I have no money from my retirement in my bank account, I've tried calling no answer, thought they were supposed to help?
It’s my money that Im entitled to I should not have to wait 6 weeks for my refund. Euclid city schools did not inform me that money was taken from my checks for this and Im only just finding out. This plan should be optional not forced. Woman was very rude on the phone and kept talking over me when I tried asking questions.
Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Counselor Stephanie was awesome. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. The directions to the parking garage on the website were great and the security staff at check in were great.
I call often with questions about my mother's account....Everyone I have spoken to have been Awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and so kind
