I’ve had my truck serviced twice first time in 2023 for the engine waited more than half a year to get it back they were so quick to get me an estimate of about 10k but as soon as they found out was going to be paid by GAP insurance everything changed. The engine was “lost” somewhere in the dealership so it took a bit for them to figure that out as well the date just kept getting pushed out more weeks at a time. April 17 was my drop i picked my trucked up on may 5th. Zachary is total run around im the one that always had to call. Total joke and terrible this time. My truck sat there for over 3 weeks.Nothing was done to it!!! I kept being told that they were waiting and then then have proof and pictures sent to have the repairs done and they said they did. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had taking my truck in to get fixed. My 2020 ford raptor sat at the shop 38 days, finally got it back but in worse shape than when I took it in. It now is leaking antifreeze(never did before), and is driving extremely rough. They somehow managed to kill my 6 month old battery and charged full price even tho it was still under warranty.
