Bought a car yesterday from Deidre. She has 13 years in the business and knows what she is talking about. She is knowledgeable about warranties and coverage with the experience to back it up. Would definitely work with her and Schomp in the future.
I just bought my first new car through Schomp Ford and it was a great experience. The agent I worked with (Teo El Oualidi) was super helpful throughout the whole experience. I had to get the car manufactured, and Teo kept me up to date with all the progress along the way. When I went to pick it up, I had a loan prequalified with my bank. Teo and the team were able to get me a loan through another major bank that was 3% lower than what my bank had given me. Overall, A+ experience. Would definitely recommend.
Found a great deal and only had to drive the 1 vehicle. Knowledgeable sales staff and very responsive. Would recommend Schomp and the salesman Shy no problem.
They had my brand new car all day for a pre collision sensor issue (something that could have even been as simple as a reset, lord knows bc i have to wait yet another week to see), did not even look at it when i called an hour before they closed. I scheduled this appointment a week ago being told it would only be take the day for a diagnostic bc of the issue. If you do not have the time or workers to complete a service do not schedule it.
