After having a bad accident, it was great to be able to work with Austin and know that things would be taken care of. Austin went above and beyond. He kept me informed of things even when my insurance was taking a long time to approve things. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy to have it back!
Roseanna at Schomp Collision is awesome. Extremely patient and understanding. Everyone there has been great to me, but Roseanna has handled a lot of back and forth with my car, including my asking for several additional fixes and other follow-ups, and she has always been cheerful, helpful, and friendly.
