Do not bring your vehicle to Schomp Mazda for repair! I was told 8 days for repair today is day 44. Their web page goes into endless platitudes about being customer service focused and I have never received worst service. They talked about having a dedicated Insurance Center and they don't. It's a flat out lie. Nobody that has any clue about insurance has ever communicated to me nor my insurance carrier, I am licensed currently and work in insurance. Abysmal experience. Total lack of communication about the incorrect and frequently revised timeline for repair and constant re-estimation of costs. I've never once in my life taken the side of an insurance company, but unfortunately, I now have to since it's clear places like this are (partially) responsible for raising premiums. 1 star is for the hope remaining that when I get my car back it's actually fixed. *EDIT*: Car is back and I'm raising the review since the job seems to have been done very well and is clean. Unprofessional, poor communication, expensive.
The worst possible customer service I could have imagined. 3 men all agreeing with each other on awful condescending, and rude customer service. If you can take your car anywhere else, I would.
