Service 10/10 — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and warm, and I truly appreciated how kind the staff were to my dog and me. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pricing. I went in for my dog’s vaccination and was charged for both the vaccines and an annual exam fee of $110. During the exam, they mainly checked his weight and heartbeat. My husband’s family dog was taken here he was very ill so they told us they think he won’t get better . The whole staff was absolute pleasure to deal from being attentive and empathetic when sadly the final decision was to put the dog down. Walking in with a sense of anxiety and worry about your sick dog then when he passed a sense of warmth from all the staff. Gave condolences and warm smiles which was much needed.
The staff and Dr.Mena are truly the kindest and most honest team we’ve ever met. Thank you for always taking such wonderful care of our pup and for all the little goodies and treats she receives during her visits. We appreciate everything you do!
Vet and staff very thorough and informative about our cat’s health concerns. Even better than reassuring us about his health and how to maintain it, he became completely at ease with the vet and his assistant after some initial skittishness!
I have just visited Schomberg Vet, Dr Abraham for the first time with my sick Westie Jerry. Dr Abraham and Christine were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Day later Jerry feeling great! And I received a follow up call from Dr Mena, to see how things were today, and to review test results, that they had emailed to me to review. That was a great surprise! Very efficient!!
