I hired Mr. Scholl for a child custody case in July of 2023. My daughter was in my care for over a year before I retained Mr. Scholl. In August of 2023 her mother put an order of protection against me after finding out I was trying to stop paying her child support for our daughter while she was living with me. Don’t be fooled by the fancy write-ups of the expertise Mr. Scholl claims to have, especially for military families. He took my husband’s case and money, let my husband do all of his own research, and then did not even present it in court. My husband’s ex- wife now gets half of his entire military retirement- most of which she is not entitled to.
