I just received one of your mailers, and I think it’s completely insensitive to send blind mailers out that say “help Mom become part of something special this holiday season…” With so many people that have lost their parents to send a mailer out like this that arrives two days prior to Christmas is thoughtless

We just moved my Mom, Mary Lou Messmer into Glenmoore! The management and staff have been just amazing making my Mom and my family so comfortable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This is a very big ajustment for all these people when they leave their homes, and Glenmoore has made it so much easier for my Mom to feel so welcome. Independent Seniors that really form a caring community that watch out and care for one another. New residents will feel very welcome by the community and the staff who are very much a part of the community. I heard very often from new residents that they wished they had made the decision to move there sooner in life.
