The property manager Ashley ignores you 99% of the time and is very unprofessional. Maintenance takes weeks to fix a simple problem.

I had a wonderful experience touring the property. Ashley is an excellent property manager. She got me approved with an easy process. Glad to call this a new home.

Now that I am as far removed as possible- this was the most nightmare living experience ever. Parking is awful. "Off street" in spots big enough for a smart car. Expect vehicle damage and break ins. Thirsty? Look no further than the 4 vending machines in the 50 square foot lobby! None of them work though and they will block your mail box, so good luck getting your mail too! When I lived here the water was off more than it was on. Never fun to walk out to a naked homeless man when you’re leaving for work. You can hear everything through the walls. Since Ashley has taken over it’s been a bigger mess from moving out and the poor communication to her not giving me my down payment back though I received in writing that I would. I’ve spoken to her twice and she continues to say she will and that all she has to do is write a check and 4 months later she still hasn’t.
