I toured the property and was assisted by the property manager, who provided an exceptional experience. She were professional, friendly, helpful, and highly engaging throughout the tour, making it both informative and welcoming. Thank you so much Penny!
I’ve lived here since 2024, and the property has definitely had its ups and downs. However, since Penny has been here, things have been improving a lot. She’s getting doors fixed, adding extra cameras for security, and staying on top of maintenance requests. She’s also hosting a “Meet the Property Manager” night this Saturday, which shows she really wants to connect with residents and hear our concerns. It’s nice to see someone taking initiative, and things are definitely starting to look up for this property.
I toured this property recently, and it was such a great experience. It's in a good location and there are so many cute boutiques nearby. Not to mention, Penny in the office was so sweet and welcoming. I honestly can't wait to move here!
I previously considered leasing at this property and also spent time on-site assisting someone with both move-in and move-out. Based on my direct observations, I would not recommend this property. The exterior conditions raise concerns under Chapter 56 of the Property Maintenance Code of Kansas City, Missouri. Section 56-532 (Exterior Property Areas) requires that premises be maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition, free from hazards.
