Great place for the price! The support from the property management is excellent, and maintenance always responds very quickly. The location is also great, with easy access to bus line 6 to the campus. Highly recommend!
The management truly cares and DOESN’T try to take advantage of residents (very rare in Bloomington). Had 1 maintenance issue and they responded immediately & it was taken care of pretty quickly. Move-in was easy and it is clear that they are a quality and experienced company. Have had no issues with neighbors or loud sounds. If the small size & low price are what you are looking for, I recommend Scholars Rock.
I have lived here over a year and just signed my renewal on the lease. My studio is clean and comfortable and affordable. Convenient and close to downtown. The staff are really available and friendly... always willing to help in any way they can. I love it here. Update: WIFI and utilities are included in the rent. I’ve lived here for a year and a few months. My biggest brag about this place is their maintenance team. Each and every time that I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of quickly and with great communication. Never had any complaints about excessive noise or anything either. Rent is reasonable for the amount space and location in my opinion.
Ants all over the place, while we barely have anything in the fridge or the counter. I just moved in for a month and kept my apartment very clean so the ants may due to the old complex. I have found that they come from the fake-cabinet , which are made of woods. Staff was friendly but it didn’t really help with the situation. They dropped anti-ants box in front of my door, again, it didn’t help.
