I would highly advise NOT to live here!! RUN AWAY. This place was a nightmare since the day I moved in. They have all bad reviews for a reason.THEY OWE ME MONEY FROM RENT AND THE DEPOSIT. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE. Right after you pay your deposit and move in they stop communicating unless it’s beneficial for them. I NEVER GOT A MAIL KEY. MY APARTMENT WAS DIRTY AS COULD BE WHEN I MOVED IN I JUST NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO LIVE AT THE TIME. THEY HIDE AND DO NOT FIX ANY PROBLEMS. I toured the property and was assisted by the property manager, who provided an exceptional experience. She were professional, friendly, helpful, and highly engaging throughout the tour, making it both informative and welcoming. Thank you so much Penny!

I’ve lived here since 2024, and the property has definitely had its ups and downs. However, since Penny has been here, things have been improving a lot. She’s getting doors fixed, adding extra cameras for security, and staying on top of maintenance requests. She’s also hosting a “Meet the Property Manager” night this Saturday, which shows she really wants to connect with residents and hear our concerns. It’s nice to see someone taking initiative, and things are definitely starting to look up for this property.
