Dr is not really keen on listening to your problem or resolving it. Very impatient, distracted and refuses to listen. Also diagnosed me incorrectly with an ear infection which was ruled out by the ENT specialist.
I see all these bad reviews on here but honestly I haven’t had that experience myself , I’m always greeted , everyone has been friendly , never waiting long & doctors have been nice , so I don’t know 🤷♀️
Staff at front desk very nice and helpful doctors are lovely
Receptionist gives more attention towards patients over phone rather than physically attending.
