The doctor was extremely rude . When I asked him questions he asked me if it was my first time getting an eye check up in the country and was nasty . He kept telling me that my prescription was off and dint know that he was the same person who gave my old prescription the year before . Will not be going back to him .
Dr. Lin was so sweet! I came in as a last minute appointment due to my last pair of contacts being ripped and so I needed a new pair asap due to a trip the next following couple days. He was so helpful, sweet, very quick, and straight to the point! Appointment was about 30-40min only. Got my temporary trials at the end too! Def recommend this place!
Dr. Hironaga was very rude and disrespectful. After describing the issues I had with my glasses, he proceeded to throw them on the counter. He then put some letters up for me to read and told me if I can read those then my glasses were good to go. He did not want to hear the problems I was having when using my glasses. When turning off the lights, he punched the lights off with his fist. Everything about him was rude and disrespectful. I will be filing a complaint with the board of licensing.
Front desk was nice. I love that the doctor has relaxing spa music during the exam. I'm nervous when I go to any doctor, so the music was effective! He diagnosed my friends serious eye condition and gave me a quick eye exam. Thank you!
The front desk is nice but the doctor doesn’t really have concerned how you feel when I was trying to explain him the situation of my eyes he just cut me off of talking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And after coming back to get my final prescription, he even blame me that he gave me the different prescription of my contacts that he did put on his computer, but good thing I took picture of the sample he gave me or else, he would give me the wrong one. I will never coming back here.
