HORRIBLE! If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!!!!! I was prescribed a Nebulizer by my primary care physician and was told to go to Schofield Medical. So I did. When I give the lady at the front my prescription and BCBS Insurance card, she goes to the back and comes back not even a minute later and said BCNA would NOT cover my Nebulizer... I knew this was wrong because I spoke with them earlier in the day and they cover 90% of the cost. The most unhelpful establishment I have ever shopped! I have called a number of times with questions about very expensive items that were purchased by my father. The first response or word ever uttered is NO. Not let me see if I can help, let me look, just NO and silence. I would never purchase from this store ever again.

Needed compression hose after vein surgery. After drs visit went to Schofield medical with prescription. Refused to give hose because measurements must be done in mornings. Explained I live an hour away and would not be able to come back for a week. Took measuring instructions home. Called this morning with measurements and credit card and asked to ship. They refused stating I must pick up personally, even though I had been there personally yesterday and left copy of prescription. Called another company and hose will ship to... read more
