Someone please shut this clinic down. Their phone service is non-existent (as well as most base veterinary clinics). Completely pointless. The only possible way you can make an appointment is by physically going there. And most of the time they're always booked out. They're short on staff all the time, probably due to poor management and leadership.

Impossible to get an appointment, a call back or returned email. After 10 attempts to contact them in person, by phone or via email…I eventually had 1 returned call and 1 occasion where they were actually open. I wish I could take my recently adopted stray cat here since we live on base and they have better prices than off post. L I really tried to make it happen even if patience was needed for 3-4 more weeks for a “maybe.” This place is geared towards Military dogs and that seems to take up all their time.

Today is OCTOBER 23rd and i went in the office since the phone never gets answered to the front counter to get an appointment for my dogs and the receptionist told me that the booking for November is not open yet, and the October appointments dates are all booked, they will be open next week don’t understand how this is possible that we can make in advance appointments and needs to wait until the month of and only do appointments for that month only. Never pick up the phone. Closed during normal hours. Can’t figure out when they’re supposed to be opened because the hours on the front window aren’t accurate.
