Upon my first experience with this company, I have to say that I was impressed. Very professional and friendly, you can sense that everyone is well trained. I appreciate how they took care of me on my first appointment that was short notice, because I was experiencing some pain. They have a comfortable atmosphere there. Their location is also wonderful, and convenient for me as well. I really like the setting when arriving to their place of business.
I have been visiting this office for years. As a Veteran without insurance they worked with me. The entire staff is friendly and offers impeccable service. Now that I have insurance, I travel from Silverdale to Port Orchard just to see them. You and your loved ones are safe with them.
Hands down the most patient, calming dentist I have ever seen. I have horrible dental anxiety and Dr.Smiley was so understanding. I didn’t feel any of the numbing shots and just can’t recommend this team enough.
Staff was very friendly. My phone interactions were great and once I showed up at the office, they were friendly and welcoming. The assistant, I believe her name is Talitha, was awesome. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist and she didn’t make me feel bad about that haha. Dr. Schoepflin was also very welcoming and created a relaxed atmosphere, reassuring me that my teeth weren’t as bad as I had feared. Great people and they got me in quickly. I highly recommend!
