So I had an emergency HVAC issue. HVAC repair people came out. No power to the unit. Had to call an electrician. This electrician located a switch on an opposite wall sort of unmarked and hidden and didn’t up charge me for unnecessary repairs and found the issue. I felt a little stupid but also relieved. It helps to have those that both respond quickly and know what they’re doing.
Friendly electrician, on time, reasonable cost, did a great job. I highly recommend Carl.
Had an outlet that melted and cut off power to half of my office (didn't know it at the time, thought there was just a loose one in the chain). Called Schoen at 8 am, Carl was out by 9 am and had everything up and running again in no time. He also identified and replaced a suspect outlet and fixed a few things that had been bothering me about an outlet further down the chain too. Called and scheduled a Saturday appointment to change an elevated exterior fixture. The tech was on time, professional, identified & corrected pre-existing issues, and did excellent work. Highly recommend!
