Excellent diagnosis. Delivered on estimated repair completion date. Did only what was necessary/requested (this is a big win). At tad pricey, but isn't everything today? My first service by Schoen leaves me with the feeling that the people working on my quirky old Saab know what they are doing, (as did Impact, the previous occupants of the building).
Very fast and seemingly very competent. I had an oil change only but they used the kind of oil I wanted and I was pleased to see a Wix filter and not a store brand or worse yet a Fram. Will go back
First time here for a simple alignment. Got me in with no appointment at 8 a.m., car was ready by noon. Wow. Fast, kind, and the price is right.
