August 8 2025 I continue to appreciate Ben and Matt and the whole Schoen team for their honest integrity and support. I brought my rental vehicle in with a replacement part I had ordered for a broken hydraulic arm and they attached it for me in minutes without charge. Similarly when they mistakenly changed the oil on my fiancé’s car due to a slight misunderstanding (he just wanted an estimate of needs for the car) - they acknowledged their mistake and did not charge him.
