I absolutely love the people at schoen, I’m never necessarily treated like I don’t know what they’re telling me about my vehicle, and everyone I end up talking to is always exceptionally kind and helpful. I have always come here for work since finding them, I absolutely recommend! Justine at the front end is amazing and very very sweet as well :))
I sent my wife to get her car inspected. A Chevy Bolt. This is the first errand she wanted to run on her own following her medical leave from work and she was nervous. The staff treated her with patience and respect and she was in and out in less than an hour. They didn’t try and waste her time or run her around. I feel comfortable knowing I can send her here again.
Walking into the shop I was approached with a warm smile, very courteous service and excellent care. Kudos to Justine for going above and beyond her usual duties to help my dog and I. Thank you!
