They are very sweet and friendly, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I brought my Range Rover in. This happened a couple of months ago. I brought my car in because I was hearing a loud rattling noise coming from one of the wheels. They told me that it was just a rock stuck between the rotors. I wasn’t convinced that was the issue, so a couple of weeks later, I took my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion.
