Annoying, their hours online say they are open on Saturday and Sunday. I showed up both days with the gates closed/locked. What a waste of time.
Frank, Cindy and Chris are the best in the business. They always come through when you need them. They always take those little extra steps to make sure they get the job done right. They are always on time and professional. Just down to earth real good people. I am so impressed I scheduled a 2 year appointment in advance. As long as I live here, Schodack Septic Service will be who I recommend and use.
Scheduled an inspection. Waited an hour, multiple calls, went to office. No show, no one there. When I finally did get a call back one and half hours later. Cindy was rude and blamed the weather we had three days ago. Good news I reached out to mountain top septic and they came within 45 minutes seeing how both realtors were there and we wasted time on Schodack septic. Never again
Would highly recommend! Called them in the morning for a pump of our septic system without knowing where the lid is. They were here by the end of day (as they said they would be), dug until they found it, pumped it within an hour. VERY reasonably priced.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff.
