The worse customer service you could ask for. Unwilling to help customers, techs complain about actually having to do their jobs, pharmacist has no personality. Just overall, terrible pharmacy to deal with.
I ended up having to go to three different CVS before I found one that had the correct vaccine. The first one did not have the vaccine but the pharmacist was very nice. The second one they sent me to did not have the vaccine and the pharmacist was rude. I went to the third one and the initial contact I made with the girl, she was ignoring me and not nice at all. The one who finished up my vaccination with the correct vaccine and and flu shot, she was very sweet. CVS definitely needs to work on customer service. Without that ... read more
Awful!! Once this pharmacy turned into CVS it's been just a terrible experience. Stood and waited for a basic antibiotic for over 30 minutes, the pharmacist always looks miserable and couldn't care less about the patients filling prescriptions! This will be the last time I ever come to this pharmacy! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
