The first time was about two months ago when I bought a jicama and I got it home spent 20 minutes peeling it, and cut the thing open it’s completely black and rotten inside. The second time I got celery and it was fine on the outside but the inside was all mushy and brown. In October I bought some crook & marker Spiked seltzer I got home and it had expired in July. Every time we buy “fresh” fruit from Schnucks it’s moldy within a few days. Normally I would just throw it away but after getting tired of throwing away hundreds of dollars worth of food I returned last weeks moldy fruit only to have the manager, Charlie, call me a liar to my face. He accused me of returning older than five day old fruit just to get the money. The ironic part is before he made his leisurely way up to the customer service desk two employees agreed with me. RecommendedI recommend them as a grocery store but honestly since Covid-19 the workers come off so rude. I went to the self check out and had 2 plants from the Floral depot. I rung it up and it didn't weigh enough it didn't pick it up. Then it happened again and then when I scanned my rewards it did it again. I asked why I couldn't use my rewards and she said nothing. Floral lady was awesome even educated me on the ivy I bought. Arnold location is worse then High Ridge
Nice clean store but everything in ad available
Seems ever since they took over Shop n Save stores their quality of everything has gone to crap! Just in the last month I've had spoiled Mexican 7 layer dip, pork loin, potatoes and apples. Will not be shopping here anymore🤢
Never had an issue with the Arnold location. Staff has always been patient
Since they introduced these "New York Style Bagels" the quality has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY.. You need to resort back to the last style. Your current bagels are a joke.
