Hard to talk to a person
Will be changing pharmacies after today. The phone number on my account is wrong. The black woman at the register told a man in line that he could change his phone number with the keypad prompt. When it was my turn at the register, I clicked the prompt to change my phone number and the woman cancelled it telling me she didn’t know what I was doing on there but the information is already in the system.
