The manager is pretty decent but the checkers at the front are very snobby especially through self-check. And your self check machine (every time you turn the bag section around the machine goes berserk like you're stealing something) really makes us customers feel trusted. Not!! I hate the machines but I also would rather go to fight the self check machine than to fight the snobby people behind the registers. Very clean check out is nice with personal service
I love that gluten free, sugar free, natural flavor and organic fruits, vegetables and all meats are clean. It is important to stay healthy and you help me do it with ease. I don't mind the slightly higher prices because it is worth it.
Appreciate that the store will special order products for me that they don't usually have in store...cases of SKI in bottles...thank you so so much
Has a terrible organic food selection, sustainable food selection, and no more organic lactose free milk!

The store is very nice and clean but tw customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Would expect better behavior from a store in such a high class area of Frontenac.
