They treat you like friends. I’ve switched from their competition because of lack of service. The pharmacists have been so helpful here.
Stood in line for the pharmacy. They said they need to go to lunch instead of finishing the last customer and told me he could not help me and told me to come back later on.
After having an awful experience at another CVS, I came to this location. The staff was very helpful and kind. After having issues at the other location and having to transfer information I called them ahead of time and the girl I spoke with was very patient and kind figuring out a solution. She was very informative and they had my prescription ready quickly. Brett was also very helpful when I arrived. He was sure that I got all the information I needed. I will absolutely be using this location for future needs.
Overworked and understaffed but somehow still getting the job done.
