They have screwed up my medications for the last time! Their staff is unhelpful and rude, they have caused me to go multiple days without my meds, multiple times, because of not ordering them in on time, even though they were on autofill, and their pricing is inaccurate and shady. A few months ago I was paying $70 for a 90-day fill of a med. For the last two months they have been charging me $70 for a 30-day fill of the same med. I have requested to receive a phone call when my script is ready. For months I have requested to have this simple task done. No one has ever followed up with me. I’m still not receiving any communication back from them. I am beyond frustrated. I’m upset with Schnucks for allowing this inept company into there building. Time to make some changes.
CVS pharmacy is on time and accurate and perfectly clean and thoughtful to their customers.....
