Total frustration in trying to leave a message. The phone answering system could be better.
I can depend on them to have my medicine ready on time and I really appreciate the professionalism the the staff shows.
That's a very busy place, as people also combine their shopping with that, and staff does a great job of handling the very fast pace. The ladies there are great, and Freddie is an epitome of calm and efficiency. He even remembers people's names, so he starts looking me up in the computer even before I tell him my name!
Always friendly and helpful service from pharmacist and associates and on this visit quick provision for new prescription. Both husband and I have used this CVS location for about 10 years with no complaints.
I scheduled at the wrong store but where I went was gracious enough to take us and cancel other store appt. However, my husband went to the other store and because the appt. had been cancelled they wouldn't service him and they do take walk ins... UGH. never to the CLAYTON & LINDBERGH on purpose or by accident!
